Soderberg Shop will make every effort to ensure that you are satisfied with our products. If however you should receive a damaged or faulty item, please email us detailing the fault within 7 days of receipt to obtain authorisation for returns. Please inform us of the fault, your order number, DVD title, name and address. Failing to do so will cause delays in dealing with your return. Once we have received the faulty item in its original packaging and have established that it is defective, Soderberg Shop will send a replacement DVD of the same title if we have it in stock. If we do not have a replacement item available we would ask you to either 1) choose an alternative DVD for the same value, 2) a DVD for less value (we will refund you the difference), 3) a more expensive DVD (you be required to pay the excess) or 4) if you request us to do so, provide you with a refund. When returning goods please enclose a letter stating the fault, order number and your name and address. If you fail to do so, your replacement item cannot be sent out as we have no proof of where the item came from.

Soderberg Shop cannot exchange a DVD if it is incompatible with your TV system or DVD player. If a DVD has been opened we cannot accept it as a return unless it is proved to be faulty. We cannot exchange a DVD because you do not like the content – such requests will be turned down immediately.

Before completing the checkout process when placing your orders, please ensure that all details are correct. Please note that Soderberg Shop cannot make any adjustments once your order has been placed. The address that you put in the shopping cart ‘ship to’ is the address your ordered items will be sent to.

Lost Mail
If after 20 days after delivery you feel that your goods have been lost in the post, please email us immediately detailing your order number, DVD title, name and address. In order for a replacement to be issued, we will require a signed letter by yourself stating the DVD title(s) have not arrived.

Postage

Soderberg Shop uses Swedish Posten AB as initial carrier to national and international delivery addresses.

For all orders within Sweden we aim to deliver within 2-7 days. Economy class mail will often be with you by the next 2-4 working days depending on what time of day you order. If for some reason the goods you order are out of stock we will send the order to you as soon as the product becomes available again. If we cannot source your item we will contact you to inform you.

International Shipments. For all orders from within Europe or the rest of the world we aim to deliver within 3-14 days. Delivery to Europe is often within 3-5 working days and Worldwide delivery is usually within 5-10 working days depending on distance and local logistics.

During summer holidays delivery times can be substantiary longer due to lack of personell.

It is the customer’s responsibility to know the international shipping laws of your own country. International shipments are liable for opening and examination by your countries customs. Soderberg Shop does not take responsibility for packages opened by customs and no refunds will be given for titles seized by customs or any charges incurred.
